Picture it. You've had a hard day, you've got up at 5.30 to go to London, got back at lunchtime, done some more work, gone to the osteopath (must blog about him again), done some shopping, walked the dogs, fed the dogs, made the supper and now all you want is a quiet sit down. Er, where?
P.S. Is it any surprise that I'm falling in love with Hebe, the black and white whippet down the road? She's soooooo cute.....and tiny. Whoa, there's treachery afoot here!!!

Well at least Monty? looks a bit guilty .... Or is that just a reaction to being disturbed by you coming back in?

Monty knows he's being a bit cheeky whereas Ranger believes that sofa privileges are his right. Neither budged when I turned up though...
I, too, have been seduced by a very cute whippet called Twiggy. My two look like great galumphing elephants next to her. Twiggy's owner tells me that she's a high energy dynamo though; very unlike my two who got up at 11.30am, and an hour's walk and have spent the rest of the day fast asleep with all four paws in the air! That's much more my style.....

Hi Sue
That is their one downside I think. Every whippet I've ever met has been excessively energetic! We took Miffy round for a playdate and it was so embarrassing because she just stood there while Hebe went bonkers!

Years ago our neighbours had two dogs called 'Keith' and 'Prowse'.
This was after the old Keith Prowse advertising slogan:
"Want the best seats in the house? We have them!"
